Terms and Policy
Your orders will be processed promptly, and in most cases shipped the same day of placing the order.
We ship FedEx or USPS, and can provide all the services they offer. We use Ground Service. The advantage to this is that your package can be tracked should you experience any problems. Therefore, it is essential that we have your physical address. No post office boxes, please! International shipping charges will have to be assessed individually.
Please notify us immediately should your package be damaged. Additionally, we would ask you to keep the original shipping carton so UPS can retrieve it as it arrived. Replacement is guaranteed.

Note: charges for heavy items will be calculated on an individual basis and the updated amount will be emailed to you.

Refunds and Cancellations
It is our goal to have satisfied customers. Should any product offered on our web site not meet with your approval upon arrival please contact us and we will settle the matter as swiftly as possible. We want you to visit us often, so we will address any issues you may have usually within 24 hours.
To cancel an order you've placed, please do so within 24 hours as we try to ship the same day as the order is placed. Simply send an email to gardeners@verizon.net and we will remove the order from our system.
